The family-orientated Treendale community is starting to flourish, and its annual Christmas concert is a testament to its growing sense of community.

Thompson’s are proud to be the land surveyors of this exciting development, which has seen its Christmas party in the parklands become an annual community event where families can come and enjoy a picnic on the grass listening to local bands while children enjoy the fun on the bouncy castle, face painting and craft activities.

Due to open in 2014 is the new Treendale Primary School, safely located in the centre of the estate overlooking the beautiful lake and surrounding parklands.

A new, modern McDonald’s restaurant has set up for business and a new Woolworth’s Discount Petrol opened in September, rewarding locals for shopping at Woolworth’s modern shopping centre.

There’s an exciting proposal for a bar and bistro on the western side of the shopping centre that will be family focused, featuring a Bistro and Dining section, children’s play area, function room, public bar and drive-thru bottleshop.

It’s all part of the plan to see Treendale become a brilliant, modern place to live for families, and we’ve been the Bunbury surveyors for the project from the beginning.
